Still Stylish & Original . Welcome to New Look Cocoove

Formerly known as CoCo VeVe
Excited in Announcing the new look name Cocoove ,pronounced Co coo ve.

I decided to re-brand in order to trade mark and build my brand without opposition. The brands Ethics and design ethos remain the same. Still stylish and original just a brand new name and logo.

It was important to me to keep the names of my nieces in the title as they have grown to love the idea that they are part of the brand as do all the family who each have pieces in the collections named after them. As my niece shared with her class at show and tell last year .”Hello my name is Verity, but my family call me VeVe. When I grow up I’m going to work with My Auntie Ria .She designs dresses and  I’m going to design Hats”. VeVe already had a real sense of belonging to the brand and who knows she may one day want to design Hats for Cocoove .

The name  needed to be as original as the clothing, stylish and stand out. A name that is instantly recognisable and connected to the brand.

About CoCoove

Stylish, Original, Setting the trend.Created by Ria. Her ambition was to create a timeless wardrobe for women with dresses and separates, which can be styled in several different ways, for all occasions. Ria creates many of her own prints, which are then digitally printed onto the fabrics. Designed with the stylish, confident women in mind to take her from day to night. An affordable luxury label made in the UK with attention to detail.

Philosophy

Believing that it is essential to put your heart into everything you do. Believing you should do what you are good at and what you are passionate about. I’m passionate about creating beautiful clothing for women. I source the majority of fabrics and manufacture all  garments within the UK. Inspired by making changes and paving a way in fashion. I do this by asking questions, whilst producing stylish clothing which are produced ethically.

So as I start the new season I’m pleased to share with you the new looks and new name.

New DESIGNS,Lilody Wrap Dress

Christmas is over and I have begun 2016 working on some new designs.

My design process begins with a few ideas being sketched with notes added of inspiration along side. I then  begin patterns and try out my designs . I will alter my design sometimes as I’m working if I feel for example hemline should be shorter than my original sketch.

This week I have been working on The Lilody wrap dress,Named after my nieces Lila and Elody . As always vintage inspired the dress has large wrap around sash tie ,feature sleeves and gathered skirt. It still needs a few alterations before I’m completely happy with it but its not far from complete.

It will then be available to order from my website and my ETSY store . In a range of Vintage fabrics and new fabrics designed by myself and exclusive to C&V collections.

Expect Lots more to come from C&V Boutique this year.New Designs ,focusing on our own label CoCo & VeVe.
